Student Services Representative
Joel is in the office and at his desk on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. He is responsible for taking orders, responding to support tickets, shipping orders and general customer service. Joel is also bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
Grace Anniskett
Web Development Assistant
Grace is in the office from 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday spending much of her time working with Willie on new projects for our Students. She is responsible for updating and fixing all JAZZEDGE websites.
Valerie Remillard Myette
Vice President/Co-Owner JAZZEDGE
Valerie is in the office from 9-5 PM, Monday through Friday but is often in meetings. Valerie is responsible for office management, company finances, company outreach and other executive duties.
Willie Myette
President/Co-Owner JAZZEDGE
Willie is in the office from 9-5 PM, Monday through Friday but much of this time is spent in the studio recording lessons. Willie is responsible for creating lessons, curriculum and the website interface and has many other executive duties.
