Support Tickets:
Messages to this email address are delivered directly to our ticket system. Support tickets receive top priority every day and are checked regularly throughout the day. It is best to use the ticket system if you have an immediate concern. We generally respond to students within 24-48 hours or by Monday at 5PM if your ticket came in over the weekend.

The forum may be accessed through ANY membership account. It is a wonderful resource for obtaining feedback from other musicians and a great place to post any lesson requests or problems you may have with the usability of the membership site. Willie maintains a presence on the forum but we recognize that Willie is not the “end-all-be-all” of jazz piano. There are many active, lively musicians offering feedback on the forum and we encourage our students to take their perspectives into account, as well. Access the Piano With Willie User Forum.

In general, someone is in the office and available to take calls Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST. We are happy to help you place an order or assist you with any questions you may have. Because he spends most of his day in the studio, Willie is unavailable to speak with students by phone but he is active on the forum and he will respond to tickets as needed.

Wilile, Valerie and the JAZZEDGE staff all have personal email addresses that you may have come across in other correspondence. Due to the volume of individual emails that we receive on a daily basis, we ask that you use the pianohelp@jazzedge.com email address to initiate contact with us.

We generally respond to students within 24-48 hours but illness, family responsibilities and unforeseen circumstances do occur.
