How do I place an order?
To order DVDs or downloads click here: play piano DVDs.
To order a membership, click here: learn piano online.
**NOTE**, if you are already a member, just login to your account and order by clicking on the ADD/RENEW button.

Are memberships recurring or a one-time fee?
Memberships are recurring, which means you will be automatically billed each term (month or year depending on your membership).
However, if you prefer to pay only once, simply follow these steps:
- login to your account
- click on the payments link and click cancel
- if you ordered via PayPal, follow these directions

Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, to cancel your membership, just login to your account and click on the payments link. Next to the payment is a cancel link. Click that link and your subscription will immediately cancel. You will continue to have access to the site until your term ends.
For example, if you signup today for a monthly membership, and cancel today, you will still have access till this day next month.

I would like to upgrade my membership. Can you credit me?
Yes. Let's use this example: You paid for a year-long membership to JazzPianoLessons.com and you are 6 months into your membership. However, you now see how cool the GOLD membership is and you want to upgrade.
We will give you a credit of the unused portion of your JazzPianoLessons.com membership to use toward a GOLD membership.
This needs to be handled manually by us, so please email us at jazzsupport@jazzedge.com with your username and we will get back to you with a coupon code and directions on how to upgrade!

What if I do not want to order over the Internet?
We completely understand. Just call us at 877-742-6618 and we will be happy to call you back for your credit card information.
If you call, the operator will take down your name, email address and question and forward it to us. We will then reply back to you as soon as possible by phone or email.

I do not have a credit card, can I order by check?
Yes you can, make sure that the envelope is postmarked before the sale ends. Be certain to include the shipping charges in your check!
